1. Waist circumference
Measure your waistline at the narrowest point.
Don't tuck your stomach in, keep it
adjusted meter .
Indications:
XS = 66 cm
S = 69 cm
M = 73 cm
L = 76 cm
2. Hip circumference
Measure your hip circumference at
the widest place .
Keep the tape measure adjusted.
V eillez not overtighten.
Indications:
XS = 91 cm
S = 95 cm
M = 99 cm
L = 103 cm
3. Thigh circumference
Measure your thigh circumference right side up
the largest.
Keep the tape measure adjusted.
Be careful not to over tighten.
Indications:
XS = 52 cm
S = 55 cm
M = 58 cm
L = 61 cm
